You can kind of customize and it is an RPG where you level up and spend skill points. The is quite a lot of armor and weapons but you don't find much until later in the game. The game is about these monsters and are trying to kill everyone but it is up to you and other people to defeat the monsters and save everyone. 1. Yes its really cool iv used it before

5. yes before you buy it you ccontrol4 ppl alot of ppl don't like that O.o but u can control 1 and switch to the other character so when you play as one character your other 3 players are bots hope i helped you out
