I just bought the game and created my own character like 3 times, but this 3rd time i did the other characters(his brother,sister %26amp; mother) look different. The sister looks younger and has a different skin tone. The mother also looks younger and has her hair down, and the brother just has longer hair now. So my question is...... is that supposed to happen?

Yes, your family's appearance will change depending on which preset head and skin color you choose. This is so you actually look like you are related. If you want your family to look like the they do in all the official trailers and screenshots I think you need to choose one of the first 3 preset heads when customizing your Hawke.Dragon age 2 question?
